Beef tendons are usually in those noodle in soups & they’re so darn good as well. I love them most with the beef briskets. So out of curiosity, I was wondering what the nutrition facts are.
Beef tendon in noodles in soups? I don’t understand. Noodles are not make with beef. And especially not beef tendons. I would think the tendons would be rubbery. Like chewing gum that won’t go away.

I am planning on using Dymatize "Mega Gainer" Whey Protein for body building. I have a whole body vibration platform at home, and I am wondering if it would be helpful in any way, for example. a warm up, or a cool down. Oh and I have a home gym at home, does anybody have a recommended daily training guide?
It would be a great cool down. I have a complete back massager for my chair and it feels so great. It’s like a massgae, and then after I take a nice long bath. It is complete relaxation. And tips for training, remember to Never work out a muscle until it is Completely recovered. You will have no gains until your muscle is rebuilt, so it is completely pointless… I would also recommend eating meals high in protein and carbs (protein for muscle gain and carbs for energy). Also try and eat fruit/vegatibles to balance it out some. Look up "superfoods" for some good options. Along with that I would Definatley recommend taking a good multivitamin, Amino acids for protein absorbtion along with Fish oil for well…basically everything lol. Good luck, and if protein dosen’t do the trick look into a higher grade creatine, it did the trick for me and works amazing.

I bought my boyfriend tickets to a baseball game he will love, for our "2 years".. the only thing im missing is how to give it to him. I dont want to hand him two pieces of paper and be boring. I want the gift to be creative.. i also made baseball cookies for him.. they are in little baggies tied with the school colors of the college he will be playing at next year.. i’m planning to give those in a basket of some sort..
If you have any fun ideas let me know. =]
Put them in his baseball glove without him knowing and then maybe ask him to play catch…..when he picks up his glove he will be super surprised!
Great gift ideas!!

We all know excercise stimulates growth hormone besides sleep but what physical activity and for how long. My growth plates are still open and my doctor said I can maximize my growth potential in my genes. Please answer if only you have knowledge on the subject.
Growth hormone is also secreted in your sleep, so be sure to always get a good night’s sleep, and try not to disrupt your sleep-wake cycle too often.

I am a 20 year old male. I am just shy of 6 foot and weigh 164. I am looking for some suggestions on any vitamins or supplements I can take to build and tone muscle.
Most important is protein
Get 1-2 grams per one pound of body weight
Take a multi-vitamin
Drink at least 120 oz of water a day
Glutamine is great to help your muscles recover faster (take before bed and right when you wake up)
ZMA before bedtime will increase testosterone
Creatine is great and will help you lift more
17-HD will give you insane energy
Good luck to you

I really need to know. Do people with bad nutrition and diet tend to have bigger head? How does nutrition effect head growth?
Thanks.
Um…no. The size of your head/skull is determined from birth. Your skull will never get bigger than it’s supposed to be (ie, once you stop growing). Therefore, it stands to reason that poor nutrition will not make your head bigger.
In fact, poor diet can have the opposite effect, since your bones will not be getting the nutrients they need to continue growing. If you have a serious nutrition deficiency, it’s possible that your skull will not grow to it’s maximum size.

So theres a football game coming on a channel at 7:15 PM on Saturday. And theres a baseball game coming on before it that starts at 5:05 PM. What are the chances the baseball game will interfere with the televised game at 7:15. Thanks.
Just over 2 hours

I have heard that your pituitary gland produces growth hormone when you sleep. I am quite short, but pretty sure that I am not HGH deficient. I do not get more than 7 hours of sleep 5 days a week during school, sleeping 9-10 hours twice a week. I am 14. Is this enough sleep? Is there any other way to naturally produce more HGH?
This is generally enough sleep for an adult, it’s borderline for a teenager, but for growth purposes, should be plenty. (For memory purposes, extra REM sleep is good)
Are you male or female? If you’re male, there’s a chance you just haven’t hit your final growth spurt yet – that’s usually right around 13-14 years old… but if both your parents are fairly short, you’re likely to be fairly short, too.
Overproduction or misuse of HGH can cause acromegaly, which isn’t a condition you want either.
If you’re concerned about your height being abnormal, talk to your family doctor and review the growth charts to see whether your growth progress over time has been typical.

What are good supplements to increase energy without increasing blood pressure? My doctor told me that Ginko Biloba is a good supplement. Are there any others that work well without increasing blood pressure, especially for seasonal affective disorder?
I like 5-HTP – it makes me feel more positive. Don’t take it with any anti-depressants though
