Watch Satellite TV on your PC

Unless you have been on the Moon the last year, you might know that it is now possible to watch satellite TV on your PC. In addition the best thing about this is that it is absolutely free. Yes, you can watch satellite TV on you pc for free. The only requirements are that your computer has Windows and you should have a modern computer with a reasonable processor and plenty of RAM.

If you have a laptop more than 5 or 6 years old, you will not get a decent image.

I first found out that you can watch satellite TV on your PC about five months ago when I received an email from one of those places promoting stuff. So, I decided to try it out, and as I had little faith in it, I reckoned I would try it and just claim a refund when it didn’t work. LOL.

Woah did I get it wrong. It did work. I sent off a small sum and was emailed a download link for some software which I installed directly onto my PC. Within 5 minutes I was able to watch over 3000 satellite channels right there on my computer.

Now I must honestly admit that the quality wasn’t great on all of the channels, and some of the channels are totally unwatchable. I will probably never watch some of them, but there are about 40 or so I will watch regularly. Believe it or not there are a couple where I can view adult movies. I was very unerved at that and as a result I have had to set up a new user on my computer to stop my partner accidentally watching satellite TV on my computer and tuning into some porn.

I get loads of sports channels, comedy and cartoons. I get a great kick being able to watch satellite TV on a PC, and even laptop. I can literally take my TV into the bath if I want.

What are key vitamin supplements to take for everyday health inside and out?

November 20th, 2009 Posted in Supplements | 4 Comments »

I have been taking Omega 3 and Calcium supplements everyday. I was wondering what others could provide me to feel healthier naturally and maybe help me in my daily performances.

I also take Omega 3 . You may need to take iron but that depends on your diet i.e if your a vegatarian.. Most other Vits are already present in a stable diet but some people top up with vits A ,C and D ..

Body Building – How many times a week is good?

November 20th, 2009 Posted in Body Building | 4 Comments »

My boyfriend has started body building/weight lifting, and tends to go every day for no more then 2 hours. Currently his started going twice a day, is this healthy or is he becoming addicted. Any answers are welcome

As a weight lifter myself, I contemplate this question a lot too. The answer is different for every situation, every person, and every muscle. When it comes down to it, it is perfectly healthy to lift weights every day. He knows his body, and will be able to push it to it’s limit…but not beyond. He can go until he gets injured if he’s stupid, but I doubt he will. It is recommended on a general basis that males only do one area of the body every other day, 3 times a week. Lower body on one day, upper on another, etc…This rotation gives optimal times for proteins to enhance muscles and help them build up without tearing them down. If your boyfriend is taking a supplement for protein or something called "Creatine" he may be able to healthily weight lift at his pace. Creatine, which if you research you will find, is naturally created in the humans skeletal system. It allows muscles to "heal" themselves quicker, and decreases soreness. Taking this as a supplement is very safe, not anabolic, and is used more often then any other supplement on the market. My doctor recommends this, and even uses it himself! In the end, it is safe for your boyfriend, but you may want him to take some kind of vitamin or supplement to keep his muscles safe. Warn him not to injure himself, but otherwise reap the benefits of his work ;-)

How much should i sell these baseball cards for?

November 20th, 2009 Posted in Baseball | 2 Comments »

First off i have about 4,700 baseball cards total. All of these cards are from the years 1991 to 1993. I have about 1,000 Fleer 1992 series cards including 50 rookie cards. How long do supplements stay in your body before they actually come out?

November 16th, 2009 Posted in Supplements | 1 Comment »

My boyfriend takes supplements for working out and he drinks tons of water. We just wanted to know how long does the supplements stay in his system? He goes to the bathroom a lot and wonders if he just pee’s out the supplements right away?

Most vitamins flush through your system within 24 hours. Most minerals have the capacity to build up, sometimes to toxic levels (thinking iron and calcium here), so watch overdoing those. If he’s peeing green, he can cut back on the vitamin C (as a matter of fact, he SHOULD cut back if it’s green).

The other thing is to be careful about drinking water just to drink water- you can overhydrate your body, which can cause a very dangerous situation! Drink when you’re thirsty, or immediately after a workout to rehydrate your system, not just to curb hunger all the time.

What are some ideas for where a college student majoring in nutrition might look for a job/volunteering?

November 16th, 2009 Posted in Nutrition | 5 Comments »

I’m a freshman in college, majoring in nutrition. For my major you have to do a 5th year internship. To be chosen, it looks really good if you’ve worked and volunteered in things that relate somewhat to nutrition. I’m trying to think outside the box. I’ve been looking at the local hospital, my states food bank and nursing homes. Also job-wise there are restaurants and grocery stores maybe? But what are some other ideas where I could possibly work with any connection to food? I’d really appreciate any ideas! Thanks!

nursing home or assisted living center

I have stretch marks from exercising (body building), how do i get rid of them?

November 16th, 2009 Posted in Body Building | 5 Comments »

I got a huge number of stretch marks on my bottom caused by a larger amount of exercising (body building). I realy want to get rid of them but i dont want to use any surgical methode. I herd that it is posible to use cremes. If u know of any good ones please tell me. (or just tell me the solution to this horrible curse)

buy vitamin e capsules…take them orally and in addition to that break them open and rub them on stretch marks …also..after showering..when your skin is warm rub cocoa butter (vaseline brand…brownish bottle) on. vitamin a is also good for stretch marks…palmers cocoa butter is alright but the one i mentioned is alot better. the soap by palmers tho is awesome!
