I am getting into weight lifting to help define my body. I am taking Equate men’s health daily multivitamin already, as well as increasing my protein intake. What other supplements should I take while weight lifting?

take some Animal Pak. its this multivitamin in this cylindrical container. it has tons of vitamins and some youve never heard of.

I am in college, and am incredibly stressed because I don’t know what I want to do. I’ve been considering Pharmacy, but my GPA is quite low, and I am in the process of changing to Nutrition Science. I messed up my freshman year, and am trying harder my second year. What are some careers to work towards with a degree in Nutrition Science?
In a hospital setting you can be the dietitian. Their responsibilities is to select the appropriate diets like , low-sodium diet or diabetic diet, for patients and follow-through.
Or maybe in a weight-loss clinic.

I am 14 years old, 169 cm.
I am going to start body building, just to tone up. I will only do sit ups, crunches, push ups, bench dips, nothing more. Does that stop my height to grow? my father is 175 cm, my uncle is 177cm, so I was wondering.

My cousin was killed in a car accident in 1993 and in 2001 a baseball diamond was dedicated to him through a local park district. We as a family are going to do a baseball game in memory of him in a few weeks and I would like to put a large "memory box" together. I am planning on taking lots of pictures and i want to record the family playing the game. Also, we are having t-shirts made up. Any other ideas? Other things we could do, or make? Ideas for a memory box that i could make or buy? Any ideas are great!

whatever position he used to play you could leave an empty spot on the field and have baseballs custom made to say in memory of (his name). you could also have a like a metal plack made for him that said in memory of, and any other stuff you would like to include and hang
it or put it somewhere on or around the feild.

i am 5′2 and wanna be at least 5′7 can human growth hormone injections do that for me?, both my parents are about my height i am physical and athletic.
I’m a short guy too I am 5,7 I would at least like to be 5,10-5,11. I researched it andd I can tell you HGH injections are expensive trying looking into artificial HGH

In a recent question I asked, one poster stated that my gains when using N.O Xplode (a energy enhancing creatine supplement) will only last while I am taking the supplement, is this true? I plan on working out for most of my life but i most certainly do not plan on taking supplements forever. Any help is greatly appreciated.
you will get some gains will you are on a creatine cycle. The one thing about creatine is that while you are taking it, you will be bigger and stronger. Once you stop taking it you will lose some of it. For example: just say you were able to bench 100lbs before you took creatine. While you are on creatine you might be able to bench 120-130. Once you stop taking it you should be able to bench110-115lbs. (you go 2 steps up and 1 step back)

I have to wear a speedo for body building, but I sometimes get a boner in it. It’s light blue and a string one so I can’t hide an erection in it. Any help?
Don’t you get points for flexing it?
+1 on taking care of it. Maybe several times ie night before, morning of, and just before. It surely won’t rise after that "workout" Watch the leak stains if doing it just before.

I was told there was a baseball player who had the exact same number of hits home and away, I believe they are a famous old player (ala Ruth, Gehrig, etc.), but I can’t figure out who. Help me show up a friend!

I heard scientists did tests with a group of guys, they took a sample of their blood measured their level of growth hormone, then had them go sprint, then took a sample of their blood and noticed like a 400% or 500% increase in growth hormone occured. But then went back to normal after an hour or an hour and 1/2. What im asking is it true your body makes growth hormone when you excercise? It uses the growth hormone to make your muscles bigger and repair them correct?
Yes, your body does make Human Growth Hormone when you exercise. However, scientists are unsure of why. HGH does not, I believe, aid in muscle repair.
