I know a lot of you will say look it up on the internet, but i have a lot and can’t find a website that actually teaches you stuff about nutrition. I am not in college yet I just recently got into high school i’m a freshman but i want to start learning early so i’m prepared and ready when it comes to college. I’m homeschooled right now, but planning to go back to school within the next year or two…so if you could give me a good helpful website it would mean a lot! thanks!
If you want to be a nurse you need to take nursing. While in nursing school they will cover nutrition.

I was watching a baseball game on television. (I won’t say what team) And, the manager came out of the dugout to talk to one of the umpires about a call that he didn’t agree with and the umpire threw him out of the game. What happens when he is thrown out of the game? Where does he go and does he get to come back later in the game?
He ought to be suspended for a game ot three, but "This Bud’s for You" does have the cajonnes to do that.
What part of sportmanship is it that the managers dont understand. Dont they know that kids are watching ? I have seen eight year olds do what they see Joe Girardi and Lou Piniella do. I sure hope they are proud of themselves.
or why dont the teams suspend them ? I guess the youth is not important to them. I just hope THEIR kids turn out like that

I heard there are certain estrogen supplements that make a womans body more curvy.. Is this true? And if so what are they? Where can I get them?
There is nothing you can take which is going to change the shape of your body. You are the way you are. But people change over the years, and you’ll notice your body changing well into your 20s, so try not to worry.
Your body is extremely sensitive to hormones, and your own hormones are produced in balanced amounts which are right for you. If you start messing with hormones, you could have major problems.

Can someone give me a 3 meals a day diet that will proper balance my nutrition? I need some examples, with measurements, foods, and all, not just "a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast" becuase I do not even know proper portion size, calorie amount etc. What should my meal break down be? Please help me, thank you
you should eat at least 1800 calories daily, 3 meals and 2 snacks.
2 protein, 5 veggies, 3 dairy, 5 grains, 3 fruit
breakfast: a cup of whole grain cereal, with lowfat milk to drink
snack: 2 fruits and unsalted nuts
lunch: a sandwich (2 slices whole grain bread with 6 slices of deli meat and 1 ounce lowfat cheese, or 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter, with letttuce and tomatoes)
snack: a fruit and 7 whole grain crackers
dinner: 2 medium chicken or 5 ounces fish (size of a checkbook) with 1/2 cup brown rice, and a vegetable, and lowfat milk to drink

I used to body build about a year ago, i stopped training and have now started again. Ive trained for about 3 weeks now, and look as if i have lost weight and appear a little slimmer, but according to the scales i have gained about 7 or 8 pounds.
Is this normal?
I know muscle weights more than fat but this seems a bit extreme, just wondering if anyone could shine a light on the situation.
Actually, your weight-gain is sub par. I can gain a pound a day for 30 days and can vary my body weight by 7 lbs. a day , in either direction.

My mom has a baseball signed by all the actors in the movie Major League made in the late 1980’s. With some actors such as Tom Berenger, Charlie Sheen, Wesley Snipes, Dennis Haysbert, and Steve Yeager.
hard to estimate
the autographed posters sell for $60 to $100
none of stars autographs are rare or hard to find
so it would depend on how many other balls they have out their that are similar and how many of the cast members signed it.
the provenance is also important, like where did she get it? was it gift or did she win a contest etc..

I’ve been sticking to a good workout regimen for the past few weeks to gain muscle mass and strength. I want to boost my muscle making abilities, but don’t want to go on a supplement such as Creatine or HGH or anything like that.
Are there natural ways I can boost muscle density and strength through diet or natural supplements?
Whey Protein.

I would really like to know the nutrition information for the Chicken Broccoli Pasta Alfredo Bowl from Applebee’s… I simply can’t find any believable calorie counts for it.

My 18 months old daughter is very picky eater. Her doctor recommended me to give her some vitamin supplements but didn’t say the brand.
That young, you should really give them like the Enfamil supplement drops. When she is 2, you can start to give her the regular vitamins like the flintstones or gummies because they’re for ages 2 and up. I will warn you though, babies do NOT like the drops, and I don’t blame them they smell bad and I bet they taste worse!
