What is your best "all natural" way of making a body building shake?

January 16th, 2010 Posted in Body Building | 4 Comments »

Please, serious answers. What is your secret cocktail? I am trying to find some good ideas to build mass (muscle) by not going the route of adding protein, creatine powders etc, because i have heard that, that may harm the body more than help it.

Put some eggs, meat, and milk in a blender and mix it all up! Great for that protein!

What are some ways they can make the game of baseball more exciting?

Football season is almost over and boring baseball is right around the corner. What are some ways they can make baseball more exciting? Trapped doors on the bases? Electrically charged baseball bats? Fill the bullpen with Komodo Dragons?

They should make the pitchers angrier so more hit batters and more brawls. They should allow catchers to interfere with batters.

Is growth hormone considered extracellular or intercellular?

January 16th, 2010 Posted in Growth Hormone | 1 Comment »

what does this hormone do at the molecular level and how is its conformation related to it’s function, the growth in the body?

Growth hormone is an extracellular hormone that interacts with a surface protein receptor of the cell. Its conformation is needed to fit the receptor. Once the hormone binds to the receptor, intracellular signaling mechanisms turn on the genes needed for further growth.

What kind of dietary supplements are available +what do they do? Have you noticed anything after taking them?

January 11th, 2010 Posted in Supplements | Comments Off

Vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, things from puritan or the vitamin shoppe ?
What are some of them that you can get and what do they do?

Here’s a general guide to supplements: http://www.publix.com/wellness/healthcenter/VitaminGuide.do?id=Index&childId=Supp

However, I personally think if you eat a nutritious diet then the supplements have more of a placebo effect and a wallet-draining effect.

What is a good nutrition or dietitian school in Vancouver Canada?

January 11th, 2010 Posted in Nutrition | 1 Comment »

I’m looking for a school that has a good nutrition program, shorter the better. Can anyone tell me of a school where most graduates end up working in the nutrition field? Thanks very much.

I have a friend who took a one-year nutrition program at the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition. She really liked it and after one year is a certified nutritionist. Check out the website at http://www.csnn.ca/ She really liked the school and the course and only had good things to say about it.

What’s the difference between softball and baseball?

January 11th, 2010 Posted in Baseball | 16 Comments »

I am going into my schools softball team. I am a male and my questions are as followed. Do boys play softball or baseball? Is there a catcher in softball? And how do you have to pitch in softball? Thank You.

Actually there are more male softball players than female!

There are two basic types of softball, Fastpitch which is played by both males and females, but predominantly females. Slowpitch which is also played by both sexes, but predominantly males (this is the bulk of softball played in the US). There are different styles of those games as well. Modified pitch which also can be played by both sexes but I have never seen a female play modified. 16" ball which is unisex and I have not seen it played in years. Then you have all male leagues, all girl league, and co-ed. There are catchers in all of them, and all pitch underhanded but use different styles.

Your school won’t play competitive co-ed softball. Title IX will make you have a boys and girls team. If there is a boys team, it could be slow or fast pitch.

Will increased growth hormone make my head grow?

January 11th, 2010 Posted in Growth Hormone | 1 Comment »

I’m about to start taking L-arginine, which increases the body’s production of growth hormone. Will this increase make my head grow? Or just my body grow?

Don’t worry about your head, or even the rest of your body. Arginine is just an Amino Acids, it’s a good supplement.

Does anyone know where can buy a safe and effective growth hormone?

January 6th, 2010 Posted in Growth Hormone | 1 Comment »

I am surfing on the web for how many days to where can growth hormone be bought. I know it is a very risky to take if the vendors is not-well-trusted so, does anyone can recommend a brand of the growth hormone product and a reliable online vendor?

YES! the previous person is probably right, if you are need for legal prescription it’d be best for you to consult a doctor. For jus tasking information out of people whether professional or not, I think yahoo answers should be good enough. Anyways, I am just here to provide some information I came across and just somehow also answered your series of questions (sigh).

Bremelanotide, a substance derived from melanotan II is a known sexual arousing agent that has growth hormones probably with a great chance of effectiveness for growers. Anyways it also solves your sexual dysfunction dilemma. Two birds hit with a single stone. The Link’s given just for information

What kind of health supplements should I get for my aging cat?

January 1st, 2010 Posted in Supplements | 7 Comments »

I want my cat to live as long as possible, and I’d like to know of any good supplements to keep my cat healthy. She’s almost 7 years old, on the small side, and is a completely indoor cat. She’s extremely healthy, robust, and playful. I feed her Blue Buffalo Spa Selects, but I may be switching her to a better food.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
I don’t mean medicine, I mean holistic food supplements, like vitamins.

At seven, she’s just barely middle aged. She’s not old. Blue Buffalo is definitely one of the better brands, I think the only way to do better is to go homemade (provided you do the research into how to balance certain nutrients), or raw. Spending the money on good quality food means spending a lot less at the veterinarian later, that’s for sure. I’m big on standing around the pet food store, reading labels on cat food until my feet ache and the store clerks wish I’d just go home, but I don’t think you need to add anything to this food.
