Any age for body building,i am 34 and want to start?

I want to start some body building and muscel increase?
I am 34 yrs. Is it okay age? can i eat ant protine supliments to have faster results? Any ideas to have faster results? Please suggest…

34 is a good age to start because men reach their physical prime in their 30s. Go to your local gym and sign up for sessions with a personal trainer. They will tell you what to eat and whether you should take protein supplements or not.

it’s entirely possible, but the older you get, the more work it takes.. I knew a 50-something year old woman who competes in professional body-building tournaments, but she works out a lot to stay in that kind of shape.. 34 isn’t too old, but you won’t get results as easily as you would if you were 20..

well i am 22 yrs old and go to the gym 4xs a week. my trainer and best friend is 37 yrs old and in the best shape ever. he takes NO pills and sticks with powder protein and works out alot. he never strains himself tho. he lifts light weights with alot of reps. cause allot of strain on the muscules and the heart being older is deff. not good. so my advice would be to move slow, and never ever strain yourself
