How can I stay extremely committed to my body building routine and food plan?

I am having lots of trouble sticking with my body building routine, I will work hard at the gym but not do the last 30 minutes of cardio, also I can’t stick with the eating plan can someone help me?

hello friend,,,

yeah you can absolutely be committed to ur body building routine…you can do the exercises and stay healthy with a normal healthy diet that will not harm your body at all…I was just talking to a friend few minutes ago as she complained from some weight & routine problem so, I introduced her to a very perfect type of diet where you can absolutely get free of all the fats & would perfectly enjoy eating…

you just need to perform it for just 10 DAYS!!! yeas, within just 10 DAYS you will be enjoying life & eating well, exercising well, and doing all your hobbies in a healthy way!

Believe me as i have tried it out myself! i’m not that good in sticking to diets as I usually get bored if the procedure takes too long to be acomplished till i got across this particular diet plane for juz 10 days!!!

it is perfectly amazing! I tried it out already & not only me, even the celebrities among them is Beyonce herself!!I got shocked myself till i read her testimony posted there on this link : http://bit.ly/644qJs

& i have already experienced that & billions of others done it as well… read my personal experience after using it at : http://10daysdiet.blogspot.com

You too can do the same…& yeah Christmas is coming soon so, amaze yourself & impress your friends and family with your perfect permanent shape in just 10 DAYS!

Good luck…let me know if you need anything…

    Either do it, or Stfu.

it’s not that hard, do you want a good body or not.

Just like school, just do it and be successful.

You don’t need to do 30 mins of cadio to be a great body builder. Do a 10 min fast paced cardio to get your heart rate up, break a sweat and start lifting.

If you can’t live up to your schedule then start by working out twice a week and then see if you can make it 3 times a week.

Diet: If you workout, you will eat right.
