Muscles regeneration, how long does it take? and how does it affect your body building?

I’m just wondering because I go to the gym every 8 pm and that’s everyday and I work on my biceps, triceps, chest, abdomen and of course my tigh and shins. I know that your muscles grow bigger in the process of, it breaks down and regenerate to build a new and stronger one thus become bigger. So, if I go to the gym everynight during 8 pm and doing a full body building..does it help? or should I do intervals like in one day I would work on my abdomen and biceps then the next day I would work on my triceps, chest, tigh and shins so that I would give time for my muscles to regenerate?

Muscles should be given about 48 hours of rest time. Its better if you group your workouts into different days.
