What are the side effects of Body Building? Will I have to do it forever?

age: 16
sex: male

i have been doing body building since 6 months and have built my biceps, chest muscles, etc a bit… i have now heard that if i continue doing it and then if my body gets used to of it, i will have to do it even if i dont want to do it !!… is it true?

well, if you stop your muscles will get smaller obviously, but nothing else will happen!
side effects? not at all, some people say that muscles will stunt your growth or make your arms immobile but that is all B.S. trust me ( my dad is 6f 3in and worked out since 8th grade, i myself have been working out since the 5th grade and im growing and still growing absoulutely normaly.(im 14 and 5 7)

you will have to continue exercising if you want to keep the muscle. once you stop, the muscle will deteriorate.

    strong muscles
only if you don’t use steroids
they make it better at first but in the long run you will be weaker than you started

do it as long as YOU want to.
When you stop, as long as you don’t overeat
nothing will happen, but any exercise is good for you.
