		<description>You pose a fascinating question but I wonder how many 
&#039; builders &#039; would agree its natural, fit for the body, and of sustaining endurance. I saw a special on gladiators on PBS. 

I&#039;d think, if anybody, those fellows would have to be in great shape, given the alternative.

It talked about what they were fed, barley being prominent. Here on Yahoo we&#039;ve got a great research tool and even a section on nutrition. 

I think it would behoove us to ferret that out for optimum knowledge and results. 

I doubt you could get much from a simple drink under one roof. 

We just are not constructed that way.
