I want to start some body building and muscel increase?
I am 34 yrs. Is it okay age? can i eat ant protine supliments to have faster results? Any ideas to have faster results? Please suggest…
34 is a good age to start because men reach their physical prime in their 30s. Go to your local gym and sign up for sessions with a personal trainer. They will tell you what to eat and whether you should take protein supplements or not.

My boyfriend has started body building/weight lifting, and tends to go every day for no more then 2 hours. Currently his started going twice a day, is this healthy or is he becoming addicted. Any answers are welcome
As a weight lifter myself, I contemplate this question a lot too. The answer is different for every situation, every person, and every muscle. When it comes down to it, it is perfectly healthy to lift weights every day. He knows his body, and will be able to push it to it’s limit…but not beyond. He can go until he gets injured if he’s stupid, but I doubt he will. It is recommended on a general basis that males only do one area of the body every other day, 3 times a week. Lower body on one day, upper on another, etc…This rotation gives optimal times for proteins to enhance muscles and help them build up without tearing them down. If your boyfriend is taking a supplement for protein or something called "Creatine" he may be able to healthily weight lift at his pace. Creatine, which if you research you will find, is naturally created in the humans skeletal system. It allows muscles to "heal" themselves quicker, and decreases soreness. Taking this as a supplement is very safe, not anabolic, and is used more often then any other supplement on the market. My doctor recommends this, and even uses it himself! In the end, it is safe for your boyfriend, but you may want him to take some kind of vitamin or supplement to keep his muscles safe. Warn him not to injure himself, but otherwise reap the benefits of his work

I got a huge number of stretch marks on my bottom caused by a larger amount of exercising (body building). I realy want to get rid of them but i dont want to use any surgical methode. I herd that it is posible to use cremes. If u know of any good ones please tell me. (or just tell me the solution to this horrible curse)
buy vitamin e capsules…take them orally and in addition to that break them open and rub them on stretch marks …also..after showering..when your skin is warm rub cocoa butter (vaseline brand…brownish bottle) on. vitamin a is also good for stretch marks…palmers cocoa butter is alright but the one i mentioned is alot better. the soap by palmers tho is awesome!

i have been doing body building since 6 months and have built my biceps, chest muscles, etc a bit… i have now heard that if i continue doing it and then if my body gets used to of it, i will have to do it even if i dont want to do it !!… is it true?
well, if you stop your muscles will get smaller obviously, but nothing else will happen!
side effects? not at all, some people say that muscles will stunt your growth or make your arms immobile but that is all B.S. trust me ( my dad is 6f 3in and worked out since 8th grade, i myself have been working out since the 5th grade and im growing and still growing absoulutely normaly.(im 14 and 5 7)

I am 19, and I know and feel that I’m still growing taller , I have done body building before without considering it’s effect on my height, but now it matters to me because I wanna reach my maximum height possible. does body building or weight lifting have any effects on height growth? I know all that stuff that it’s somehow hereditary , but I know that right exercises and diet have a major role.
You will grow still grow, keep up the good work

I am body building beginner. I usually start body building by running upto 30 minutes at 9 km/h of speed. I lost 10Kg of weight in one month and know i am 70Kg before i was 80Kg. I want to know can I use Mega Mass Protein for the body building because i am not that much muscular yet. And i am dieting toooo. Please any body give me reference about this.
Ok so you want to put on muscle or you want to diet. I don’t understand your goal here. First you sound like you want to gain weight yet you say you’re dieting at the end.
Either eat enough calories everyday and workout with a proven routine and gain weight easy as that. focus on eating protein, complex carbs and good fats/veggies at the end of the day.
checkout http://www.t-nation.com and http://www.ironminds.com and learn learn learn use the search function . There’s lots of free solid gold info take it all in and you’ll reach your goals in no time. Stay consistent dont quit. Feel the strain of pushing weights and feel your muscles contract and make them get bigger with every month that goes by. good luck and don’t train like a nancy candy ass boy

i am underweight. 20 years and only 115 pounds. i have tried everything to gain weight but it never worked. now i have started to work out. i thought that if i take protein suppliment, it would be better to gain weight and for body building too. so somef u could suggest me some, i would be really thankful to you.
Eat 6 times per day, exercise 5 times per week, take 2 days off and after every workout take whey protein. I would recommend Designer Whey (http://www.designerwhey.com).
Since you want to gain weight, take more carbohydrates and protein in your diet. Fruits and vegetables are also important. Always drink lots of water.
Remember to take the recommended amount, no more or less. Any more or less, there will be no benefit.
You can take Creatine also. But never, ever take steroids or amino acid supplements. Steroids shrinks you package.
Email me if you need more info. Good luck. ^_^
