I heard scientists did tests with a group of guys, they took a sample of their blood measured their level of growth hormone, then had them go sprint, then took a sample of their blood and noticed like a 400% or 500% increase in growth hormone occured. I stopped at 17 because at that age, you are not likely to much more, you can still build muscle mass but height isn’t likely to change much. I think what it is is that when you stretch you feel taller because you are not slouching anymore, you know what I mean? Like when you don’t stretch your body feels achy and crappy.. and so your body tends to slouch or slink. When you stretch you feel great, your body is healthier and stretching helps good posture.
