What will make me grow taller calcium or human growth hormone?

November 28th, 2009 Posted in Growth Hormone | 4 Comments »

I really want to grow taller and I’m choosing between two supplements, the main ingredient of the first one is calcium while the second one makes your pituary gland release growth hormones. I’m torned between the two, I don’t know which to take.

Don’t go out and buy those "magical peels" that are offered all over the place, they just don’t work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called human growth hormone.

There are only few recommended programs that actually work and can help you growing taller naturally by 2-4 inches in a short time.
Check this article for information about some of the best programs that can be really helpful for you:

Which hormone is responsible for penis growth?

November 24th, 2009 Posted in Growth Hormone | 3 Comments »

Testosterone? Human growth hormone? Or some other?

You should be happy with what you have.

However if you really feel the need to increase your penis size, then you should try out these :

Here are four good natural penis enhancement techniques I recommend for rookies. Done properly and consistently, they should add close to an inch or two to your penis in six weeks.

1. Penis stretches. This one is very simple. Just take your flaccid penis and stretch it as far out in front of your body as it will go. Do it gently and gradually and hold it there for thirty seconds. Rest ten seconds between sets and repeat this at least ten times.

2. Jelqing. This is another great technique for rookies. Get your penis halfway erect, apply lubrication, and grip it tightly at the base with the thumb and forefinger of one hand. Slowly slide that hand up the shaft toward the tip, pushing as much blood into your penis as possible. When you reach the tip, immediately grip the base the same way using the other hand and repeat. Do this nonstop for ten minutes.

3. Ulis. This is a great exercise to increase girth. It is also very easy and does not take much time. Achieve a full erection and grip the base of your penis the same way you would if you were jelqing. Squeeze as hard as you can without causing discomfort. Your penis shaft should swell and your penis head should get big and shiny. Hold for ten seconds and rest for ten seconds. Repeat this three or four times.

Do this routine every other day and make sure you warm your penis up before each workout by wrapping it in a hot washcloth for five minutes.

4. A larger penis can be achieved with the use of penis enhancers. There are many forms of penis enhancement products such as pills, patches and topical oils. However, one unique product that can produce significant results and makes use of the body’s natural abilities comes in the form of a liquid called super-vir http://www.super-vir.com

Always remember, if you are not satisfied with what you were born with, it is never too late to do something about it!

Does proper stretching, and certain stretches realease growth hormone?

November 16th, 2009 Posted in Growth Hormone | 3 Comments »

I have read in many places that proper stretching, and certain stretches realease growth hormone, can anyone varify this. Cheers.

I have heard that but I don’t know that there is any truth in it.
I think what it is is that when you stretch you feel taller because you are not slouching anymore, you know what I mean? Like when you don’t stretch your body feels achy and crappy.. and so your body tends to slouch or slink. When you stretch you feel great, your body is healthier and stretching helps good posture. Therefor you feel taller and the even in appearance you can seem taller since you are not slouching. Do you know what I mean? It’s hard to explain in writing.

What’s the difference between HGH (Human Growth Hormone) & Cortisone baseball players used. Are both illegal?

What’s the difference between HGH (Human Growth Hormone) & Cortisone baseball players used. Are they both illegal?
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM? That’s my main question. Which is used for what?
Awesome answer posted by b m. Thank you.

Both HGH and Cortisone are legal with a prescription. Both are natural hormones made by the human body, though they can also be artificially synthesized. Athletes are often permitted to use cortisone, because cortisone isn’t really performance-enhancing. Athletes are sometimes permitted to use HGH, usually in the case that they are still quite young (less than 20) and they would naturally be unusually short without using supplemental HGH. The only case like this I can think of off the top of my head is the Argentinian soccer player Lionel Messi, who is 18, and is legally receiving supplemental HGH so he reaches a normal height.

Cortisone is usually injected directly into the injured area. It is a non-performance-enhancing steroid which acts primarily locally (it doesn’t have much effect on the whole body, just in the area where it is injected). Cortisone suppresses the body’s pain response in the injured area, allowing players to play through pain.

HGH is a very important hormone which has effects on your entire body. The amount of HGH in your body is the biggest factor determining how tall you will grow. HGH prompts bone growth and many other effects throughout the entire body. HGH is legal with a prescription, like cortisone, but because HGH is a much more powerful natural hormone, the potential for HGH abuse and illegal use is much greater than that for cortisone.

what does it mean when your Human Growth Hormone is elevated?

October 24th, 2009 Posted in Growth Hormone | 2 Comments »

I have Hashimoto’s disease/hypo-thyroidism and when my blood tests came back recently, they found that the Human Growth Hormone was slightly elevated. The doctor didn’t really explain it, and I was just wondering what caused it, and if it should be of concern, thanks

Hello…growth hormone is produced directly by the pituitary gland. If HGH it is elevated then pituitary tumors or cysts should be investigated as a possible cause. Your Dr. should be doing other testing to see if other hormones are off also. The fact that you have Hashimotos can be deceiving to Drs…I had Hashimotos AND a pituitary problem but both were misdiagnosed because together it through my TSH (thyroid) tests off. If your Dr. is going solely on TSH to say the pituitary is ok, he could be missing it. In any case, if you are not seeing an endocrinologist you should see one with pituitary expertise. This site has good Dr. listings: www.pituitary.org and this one is good for looking at possible pituitary symptoms: http://www.goodhormonehealth.com/symptoms/gland_hormone_symptom_table.html

Growth hormone injections appear to boost height in extremely short, healthy children, according to a recent systematic review, but height gain appears to peak at about three inches and those inches are expensive.
