how do human growth hormone injections work?

i am 5’2 and wanna be at least 5’7 can human growth hormone injections do that for me?, both my parents are about my height i am physical and athletic.

I’m a short guy too I am 5,7 I would at least like to be 5,10-5,11. I researched it andd I can tell you HGH injections are expensive trying looking into artificial HGH
