First you can find the difference of calcium and hgh(human growth hormone). Calcium will be able to help you had the strong bones. HGH already proven can help many people to grow taller. The substance that causes GH to be released from the pituitary is known as Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) and this isn’t available in a supplement.

Also, how old are you? If your bone growth plates have fused GH will not act to increase your height, rather cause a condition called acromegaly. So, you really should see a doctor before taking GH.

Calcium doesn’t effect height. It is stored in your bones, making them hard and then if you take extra it will just be peed out!
