I have been looking into Wright State University, Sinclair Community College, and University of Dayton. But i have had trouble finding a major that nutrition would fall under. Thanks for your help!
Actually, U.Dayton offers a degree in dietetics. If that does not work for you, try OSU, Ball State, or U. Cincinnati.

I’m 14 years old. 5 foot 9 and 125 pounds. I’m starting high school football next and need to get more muscle on my lean body. Please let me know what you think the best body building supplement would be for me.
If you’re only 14, you don’t really need to take any extra supplements. Don’t fall into the trap of taking supplements to "increase" gains. Just eat a ton of food. Make your mom buy you tons of meat, bread, and most of all, milk. Go through a traditional strength program while making sure you eat roughly 3-4000 calories a day. There is honestly no need to get any supplements that you can already get through natural diet.
Check out the two links below. The first link is a basic strength program that you can start. I’ve seen people put on 30 pounds in 2-3 months using this basic workout program if done correctly. The second link has some nutritional info about getting bigger.
Again, don’t fall into the trap of supplements. You’re too young and not experienced enough to need to take them.

I’ve seen football games where people have a sac-o-meter. Do baseball fans keep a strikeout meter and adjust it with every strike out for the home team?! I’m considering doing this for a Professional fast pitch softball team’s home games!
Sometimes fans will make giant signs and hang them over the edge of a railing. They have a "K" of them showing how mnay strikeouts the pitcher has gotten (that is the home field pitcher’s strikeouts).

The horse, which is recovering from neglect and underfeeding, will be shipped about 600 miles. Are there medications/supplements that will boost its immune system and prevent shipping fever?
The B vitamins are important to the functions of the body involved in stress responses, so you could discuss this with your vet before the trip.
The best diet to deal with stress is 24/7 access to good quality grass hay, and hopefully not something he hasn’t already adapted to for at least three weeks prior to travel. No soluble sugar feeds like cereal grains should be fed. Digestible fiber sources like beet pulp are fine, or pelleted feed like equine senior by Purina are excellent to feed along with the hay. Whatever feeds/supplements you decide to go with, be sure to allow ample time for your horse to adapt to any dietary changes prior to travel.

I know strength training and body building are two separate things, but I want to look good as well as increase my functional strength.
What type of workouts will help me achieve these?
To a certain extent, you can, but you’re going to have to choose between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee. You can’t have both bulk and agility/speed in large amounts.

Is anyone taking prescription ibuprofen with nutritional supplements such as SAMe, magnesium, or 5-HTP? Is it safe to do that? I also have white willow bark. Should I take that instead of the prescription ibuprofen and thereby, restrict my intake to only nutritional supplements.
Well ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory medication and the rest seem to be ‘natural’ forms of anti-depressants and anti-inflammatory supplements. What is your intended goal? If you were prescribed something by a doctor I would continue to take that. Do not take the supplements in conjunction with or in place of the prescription your were given.

There are also physical changes taking place. Laboratory shows that Insulin growth factor and serum human growth hormone are increased. There are no medicines taken yet. What will be the next step? Do medicines can decrease the tumor or it should be removed surgically? Is there any life changes after the operation? Thank you. Hope I can get response soon. Thank you.
It can be treated with medications now since advances have been made – but your case has to be evaluated and followed by a neuro-endocrinologist, not just any endo.
What you have is called acromegaly. You need to get to the proper doctor for a full evaluation so that you can get treated properly as a lousy doctor may tell you to wait until things are worse.
If you do get an operation, it is done via the nose, and once you recover, you still need to be monitored for the rest of your life for recurrence and for other hormones as some are lost during surgery and you may need replacements.
It is also important to get followed by a good eye doctor and in your case, a dentist.
