I’ve never known … I’ve never known some bodybuilders could be as dumb as to tell us how to open the box,how to store in the fridge and even show us to op the safety ring hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.May be that’s the effect of too much egg white.I’ll go for natural whites hot out of the chicken hole.

Probably loads of sugar, toxic and chemicals that would delay ur body to break down that product and reduce ur muscle recovery rate. always read labels. the more wholesome it is, the more active nutrients it contains. always perfect for a post-workout meal, which is the most important meal after ur workout =)
No catch that I can … No catch that I can think of, I love this stuff and use it almost everyday. The thing is that this is not some hyped up supplement… but instead is the real deal. Pure Liquid Egg Whites which are about the best real food protein source known to man. If there is one drawback is that they take up some room in your fridge and they are a little more costly than regular eggs but then thats what also makes them so great… U dont have to crack, separate, or cook them
Cholesterol is not … Cholesterol is not affected by foods ingested. That’s a myth. I eat four eggs a day, 6’2″ 340 lb former college football defensive tackle. I have been eating 3-4 while eggs (yellow in) since I was 13 or 14 (when I first started lifting weights). My cholesterols have remained normal. Triglycerides also normal. I eat 6-10 lbs of red meat (Eye of Round Steaks and Hamburger a week). It’s all in the genes, baby!
Assuming a person … uming a person is normally healthy then these whites are definately safe to use everyday especially if you are exercising and drinking water!
is it safe to have … is it safe to have this everyday? in my case i boil my egg white using a small cup(200ml), and i usually consume at least 3 cups a day….i have been doing this for 7months already, so far i haven’t experienced any health problems….bcoz some people in the gym advised me not to use eggwhite often bcoz according to them though the cholesterol is minimal in eggwhite this can still build up later when permanently use which can lead to cardiovascular diseases. any recommendation?
Absolutely, these … Absolutely, these liquid egg whites are both tasteless and odorless and mix easily into just about anything you want! Go for it. I like hemp protein too… great stuff.
