How can I decide which supplements really work for energy recovery after hard running workouts?

Supplements to help burn the fuel I have while running, supplements to promote muscle rebuilding while resting…there are a lot of options out there…which ones really work?

Water remains the best.

    There are tons of stuff out there, do some research and find something safe and something that is well known check the reviews for the product. The main thing you’ll have to do is try a couple different products and determine which works best with your body since everyone will have different reactions
