glutamine is very … glutamine is very important for muscle recovery and there is no need for studies . try working out your legs for 2 weeks on glutamine , rest for 2 weeks and workout again your legs off glutamine. the recovery on glutamine takes about 24 hours. the recovery off glutamine can go for 4 days. also glutamine and arginine contribute for fat loss.

protein are the building blocks for muscles, don’t worry, just eat and eat and eat, and DONT OVER TRAIN, 5 times is alright, but for a beginner look at 3-4 day splits.
Gakic is some good … Gakic is some good stuff…I took the pill form, and it worked wonders. I stopped taking it because of the cost, and even though i continue to work out just as much, or even more…i have become weaker.
you shouldn’t take … you shouldn’t take 100% proteine if you want to gain weight … 100% is good for definition … and you should base your workouts on gaining mass… so go with big weights and little repetition in series go i don’t now 8-6-6-4 or something that fits you just be patient …
check this out, i … check this out, i take mulitivitamins and fishoil twise a day everyday, and 100% whey protine with water or skim milk 3 times a day, 2 scoops witch is 60 grams of protine! and 12 fl oz, each time i take it… ones in the morning, and before and after the gym…. all from GNC BRANDS, and eat about 3 not big healthy meals a day, and hit the gym 5 times a week, IS THIS GOOD? someone pls help, im 152 pounds and cannot gain a pound, pls reply 2 me anyone
