Dr. Vincent Bellonzi is a chiropractor and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. He has been in practice for over 12 years. He received his Doctorate from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1991.

Since 1998, Dr. Bellonzi has practiced in the Austin area. He works with athletes at every level to provide sports conditioning and rehabilitation.

    good video. i mother is on a recent ‘trend’ of “OMG I NEED ALL MAH VITAMINS.” i heard someone talked her into buying a bunch of vitamins and crap, and all the stuff they said.

    personally i take a 1 multivitamin capsule a day. A Kirkland signature Labeled thing. My mother on the other hand has probably 8+ bottles of vitamins and minerals, which is just ridiculous imho.

    I am currently on the following supplements (I am a serious athelete):
    - Multi vitamin/mineral
    - Fish oil
    - Whey/Casein proteins
    - Creatine
    - L-arginine

    My diet is extremely strict and I get most nutrients out of my food. Supplements just covers what’s missing in my diet and that’s the thing with newbies, they tend to completely rely on supplements.

    tnx dr. v.b. 4 the vid. my family dr. knew i had hep c & he told me to take a multi. i was wiped out only a few days after taking them. minimum level supplemental doses r best. each person is unique and constant checks & balances instead a rigid regimen based on marketing info. will keep u from taking unnecesssary vits. u don’t need. keep it simple and ask questions till ur doc is blue in the face.
    careful w/ ALL info & listen 2 ur body

    I have astma, and had it for a few years. I get it usually from being around cats.
    I read some information about Vitamins and saw that Vitamin C was an histamin inhibitor so i started taking a vitamin C drink every morning with my breakfast.
    The unbelievable is that my astma is gone by 90%, i usually don’t need my prescription medicine anymore.
    Fucking corporates.

    Vitamins are safe. No one has ever died from overdosing on vitamins. A good regimen is 1,000 MG vit C, 600 MG calcium with vit D, 400 EU vit E, and 50 MG B complex plus I take 1 multi a day just to make sure I get everything.

    That’s so true! Our food sucks. We just can’t get everything we need in it. Just make sure if you take vitamines and supplements that there’s something in them to make it easier for your body to absorb them.

    Aloe Vera is fantastic for your digestive system but make sure you pick a good one.
