What are some valuable supplements that actually work in helping weight gain?

I eat a lot. Junk food, whatever, but I can’t seem to gain weight ever.
Its probably genetics.

So I was wondeirng if any of you had the same problem, and i notice they have supplements that do help in weight gain, but im not sure if they work.

Do you know of any that is a good choice?

I would rather not gain any weight at all, tbh! :)

I work at a health food/supplement store, and (herbal-wise) I would recommend avoiding natural diuretics, like many teas (many, like green tea, also boost metabolism). You probably have a very active thyroid, and, where other’s would love to be in your shoes, it’s not exactly easy to slow down.

Try drinking whey protein supplements (rich in amino acids to aid muscle development) and try doing toning exercises. That’ll be a way to not only boost the appetite, but to gain muscle mass … which will help you gain some weight. Also, try eating less sugary, starchy foods, and eat ones high in healthy fats … meat cutlets, legumes, and nuts could help.

Also, never underestimate the knowledge of a doctor! Give the office a call, and they should be able to assist you! You could have a thyroid condition causing you to lose weight consistently.

if you want to go the supplement route try Iso-Mass Xtreme Gainer it can be found at your local GNC store. it’s supposed to have a good flavor and you get a lot of uses from the container.
you could also try an appetite stimulant like Grub On.

however if it’s not a gland issue lowering activity level and getting involved in more sedentary activities will lower your metabolism.
